Jennie Fowler is an accomplished executive and PMO thought leader with over 25 years of experience in building project organizations that influence strategic direction and deliver meaningful outcomes. She founded Strategy Influence Consulting in 2025, headquartered in South Carolina, USA, to give back to the profession that shaped her career... helping organizations align, influence, and deliver with purpose.

Jennie has served in leadership roles across Fortune 500 organizations and private enterprises, including as a CIO, VP of Strategic ePMO & Delivery, and Sr. Director of Strategy Realization. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of PMO maturity, enterprise change, and delivery transformation.... with a track record of building and evolving nine PMOs and Strategy Realization Offices (SROs) from the ground up.

She is widely recognized for turning complex delivery challenges into high-performing strategic programs. At one organization, she led a transformation that took a PMO from PPM maturity 1.8 to 3.5 in under two years... a pace that a former Gartner PMO expert noted she had only seen once before in her entire career:
